This one is super important. A skin test (Allergy alert test) will be needed 48hrs prior to a new colour service. This is because allergies can happen, even if you have been using hair colour for years! If you arrive without coming to see me prior for a consultation and a skin test then unfortunately you will need to reschedule and secure a new deposit.
A non refundable deposit will be required for all colour services & bridal services with me. The deposit price will be 50% of the total service cost and will be deducted from your bill at the end. Deposits can be transferred to another date if enough notice is given. Please see cancellation policy for more information.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment then unfortunately I will need to reschedule your appointment for my next available time slot. This will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will need to be secured before another appointment it made.
Please allocate enough time for travel/parking etc
Please allow us 48 hours notice for any cancellations, this gives us enough time to allocate your appointment to another client. Failure to do so in the 48 hour window will encure a 50% charge of your total bill.
It is important that you notify me if you are not going to be able to make your appointment. If you do not show up for your service, the full price of the service will need to be paid before I make any more appointments. Please read the cancellation policy for terms and conditions
booking in advance
To avoid disappointment when booking an appointment please allow 3-6 weeks when booking. My advice would be to have a chat with me on your appointment to book your future appointment.

During a consultation, getting to see your hair and meet in person is a great way to get an understanding of your hair goals, please bring inspo photos as this will help me get to know what you like & dislike. We will work out what is achievable, discuss maintenance & how many sessions it will take to create your dream hair!

I will go over in detail, what services you have previously had, your hair care routine and asses your hair condition. I will then find the perfect service that works best for you. For example if you have a busy lifestyle you might want to go for something super low maintenance or if you style your hair regularly, want something bolder and don’t mind the upkeep you may want a more high maintenance colour service.
After care is really important to any colour service, so we can discuss after care to help your colour stay fresh & tips to maintain your new locks at home. I will recommend hair care and styling products that will be best suited to you.
PRICING & DEPOSITS
During your consultation, I will be able to quote you a price & hair plan. This allows me to give you a fair, bespoke hair package. Prices vary depending on time, desired outcome & amount of product used. A non-refundable deposit will be taken to secure your booking, this is 50% of the total price depending on the service.
Gift card policy
Gift vouchers can be collected in person or emailed to you! Our lives can get busy so you get 12 months from purchase to redeem your special gift! Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
refer a friend policy
Recommend a friend cards are a great way for both you and your friends to earn some money off. So by spreading the word, you can both be rewarded! These offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and the friend you refer will have to be a first time client. Tell them to bring along their card for their first colour or cutting experience to redeem their reward. After their visit, yours can then be redeemed.
loyalty card policy
So you’ve completed your loyalty card and want to redeem your free Blowdry? What’s the catch? This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Keep collecting them stamps, once you’re full, I’ll give you a new one!
I don’t like to moan but these policies are really important as I travel over 50 miles to fulfil appointment bookings and being let down last minute is very damaging to a business. Hope you understand, please reach out to me if you have any questions using the link below.
