Charlotte is a breath of fresh air, she did an amazing job on my hair. As a new client I was a little anxious before but as Charlotte started talking through her work, it made me feel so at ease. The level of friendliness and quality of the service made me feel like a true VIP. I absolutely love my new hair and will not look back, as Charlotte has beat every hairdresser I’ve ever visited! thank you so much!

As soon as I had my first consultation with Charlotte, I knew she was the perfect hairdresser for me. Welcoming, friendly, loves a chat, and most importantly, passionate about what she does. I would happily walk into Charlotte’s studio and let her do whatever she wanted to my hair, I trust her that much. She focuses solely on the customer, uses her expertise to assess your hair and then explains exactly what she thinks is best, whilst always ensuring that everything is how you want it. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair. She is stuck with me!

Could not recommend Charlotte highly enough! She takes the time to talk you through what would work best with your hair, both in colour and style. She is so knowledgeable, you feel completely safe in her hands. Not only is she great while you’re in the chair she gives amazing advice on what products to use to get the most out of your colour and what works best for your hair type. She’s so friendly and nothing you ask is too much trouble. I’ve been back twice now and can’t wait for my next time in the chair already!

Lottie is an absolute BOSS at hair, I’m so glad I’ve found her! I’ve had countless bad experiences going to salons, where they don’t take the time to find out exactly what you want, but Charlotte is so thorough and absolutely nails it every time. I completely trust her with my hair and feel totally relaxed in her lovely salon. Would 1000% recommend!
