As soon as I had my first consultation with Charlotte, I knew she was the perfect hairdresser for me! Welcoming, friendly, loves a chat, and most importantly, passionate about what she does. I would happily walk into Charlotte’s studio and let her do whatever she wanted to my hair, I trust her that much. She focuses solely on the customer, uses her expertise to assess your hair and then explains exactly what she thinks is best, whilst always ensuring that everything is how you want it. 
I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair now- She is stuck with me!
